I believe ladies can attest to this that sometimes when you cook stew the tomatoes may not be ripe or may be off a little but as you begin to add other things it turns out good. This verse says all things and not some or few but all. The bible says He will complete the good work He started in you.

“Martha, Martha! You are worried and troubled over so  many things but just one thing is needed…” Luke 10:41

It’s funny how we can be in church serving the Lord and still miss the mark. Martha was in the kitchen serving the Lord and felt there was so much to do and Mary should come and help her. Jesus’ response was shocking.

Beloved may we hunger and thirst for His presence, may we love to be in His presence because in His presence there is fullness of joy and blessings forevermore!

So shall my word be that goes out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but It shall…prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.”

Beloved the bible says as the rain comes down and waters the ground and does not return back without watering the ground so shall God’s word be. I remember when I was young I was told I would never give birth but I have two kids because that was not God’s word that was prophesied. You are not what people say you are but you are what God says you are; the apple of His eye and a child of the Most High God; and whatever God says about your life, it shall surely come to pass!

“Blessed be the Lord, who daily loads us with benefits…” Ps 68:19

When you live a life that honors God and obey His word the scripture says that God’s blessings will chase you down and overtake you. You won’t be able to outrun the good things of God. He daily loads us with benefits!

“For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed and my blessing upon thy offspring.” Isaiah 44:3

Are you thirsty this morning or do you have dry places in your life that you need God to refresh? God says that He will pour water upon anyone who is thirsty and His spirit or His presence, joy, peace and His protection upon anyone who needs it, will you receive His spirit today for you and your loved ones?

“and He said to me, son of man prophesy upon this bones and say to them, O’ ye dry bones hear the word of the Lord.”  Ezekiel 37:4

Ezekiel was made by God to pass through a valley of dry bones. Dry bones represent challenges and a hopeless situation but God asked Ezekiel if these bones can live again? God is asking us the same question; can your marriage, finances, workplace, health, etc live again. Beloved prophesy to your hopeless situation and let your mountains hear the word of the Lord!

Many of us are suffering in silence and we often want something spectacular to happen for us to come out of our difficult situation. Beloved all that we have to do when we don’t know whether we should go forward or backwards is to call God in prayer. We have been bothering people with our problems so much that when we call them we hear ‘the number you have dialed is not available please try again later’ but you can call God at anytime He is always available for you!

“as they pass through the dry valley of Baca, it becomes a place of springs; the autumn rain fills it with pools.” Ps 84:6

The valley of Baca is a valley of dry bones, meaning a place where there is no life or fulfillment however the verse says you will pass through that area and when you are there refreshment will come,

Breakthroughs will come. You might be in the valley of dry bones this morning but beloved your moment of refreshment is coming…
