Proverbs 8:17 I love those who seek me and those who seek me early and diligently shall find me. See also (1Sam2:30 Honor God, Psalm 91:14 Our deliverance form affliction , John14:21 His love for us, James 1:5 God is always there for us)
Psalm 30:5 ... His favor is for a lifetime.... God wants to favour us but the condition is that we seek His presence diligently. We need to spend some quality time with God He longs to be with us.
Lord we lift you up all your children going through tough or troubled times. You are the resurrection and the life whoever believes and relies on You will have eternal life. Thank you Lord that we can hear your voice that we can have the courage to obey your Word. We proclaim that the Enemy can not snatch us from Your hand that it is only in You that we can experience true peace. Our hearts are not troubled or afraid because You are with us and your Spirit guides us and gives us streangth in Jesus Name Amen
Prov 2:1-5 teaches us about the necessity and rewards of understanding. We need to seek understanding of Gods Word His Will ourselves and other people.
We all want understanding especially when we go through tough times. Jesus understands. Heb 4:15. Open up to Jesus He will not reject you because He understands. In Jewish culture dead water referred to standing or stored water. Living water referred to moving water, as in rivers, springs, rainfall. Such living water was precious because it was fresh, it came directly from God
In John 4:12, Jesus offers Samaritan woman living waters, here it means that the more we come to Jesus, through His word and prayer, the more we experience Spiritual renewal John 3:5: Jesus says that no one can see the kingdom of heaven without becoming reborn from the water and spirit, this means that when child of God becomes reborn, the Spirit of God within comes alive, and thereafter this child will become Spiritually renewed and receive revelation of the Truth of Jesus Christ and himself Jesus Christ is in you, all He is waiting for is relationship with you. John 4:13-14 "Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life." How often don't we feel stagnant in life? Stagnant in our jobs, stagnant in our relationships and stagnant in our walk with the Lord. As tough as it may be to accept or admit, and despite it being much easier and more convenient to blame those around us, our circumstances, trials and tribulations, it is inescapably only when we ourselves impede the flow in our lives that our personal and spiritual growth is dramatically slowed down, even to the point of stagnation. We then often succumb to the hum drum of life, extremely frustrated with our status quo. As with water stagnation, spiritual stagnation adversely affects not only our own life, but also the lives of those around us. Thankfully, the water which the Lord gives us to drink of and to be filled with is living water (John 4:10). It is strong flowing like a river and never runs out or dries up. It always refreshes and purifies our heart, mind and soul and it is a well of living water springing up within us into everlasting life. John 7:37-38 says, "In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water." Today, let us not hinder the flow or draw from the stagnant wells of this world, our circumstances or our trials, but, rather, may we be encouraged to eagerly thirst after and drink of the refreshing, healing and purifying living water which comes only from our Lord Jesus Christ, saying, "Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not...", John 4:15. May the sufficiency of the living water of Christ Jesus be evidenced in our lives and may it overflow through our testimony; to the benefit of our own standing in Christ and to the benefit of those around us. a Beutiful relationship does not depend on how good understanding we have with someone. It depends on how well we avoid misunderstanding. So never choose a person without understanding and never loose a person after understanding
Everybody is gifted ,but some people never opens their package. See 1 Peter 4:10 “ as each of you has received a gift ( a particular spiritual talent a gracious divine endowment). Employ it for one another as [befits ] good trustees of God’s many sided Grace [faithful stewards of extremely diverse powers and gifts granted to Christians by unmerited favor]. Reach out to your neighbor.
Peace does not come from success, professional position or promotion, social status educational achievement, money or an engaging personality. No we find peace as we live according to the kingdom of God which is defined as righteousness, peace and the Joy of the Holy Spirit. See Romans 4:17. Being right with God, knowing we are right with God and doing right things out of knowing who we are in Christ is a process but it leads to peace and peace leads to Joy.
In Romans 12 Paul talks of the different gifts of grace that has been given to the individual members of the body of Christ. He says that if you are a teacher you should give yourself to teaching etc. In other words we should not be involved in things God has not gifted us for or called us to do. Stay on track and remain focused and stable, always pressing toward your goal in the power of the Holy Spirit. See Philippians 3:14
Jeremiah 17:9 teaches us that our hearts are deceitful above all things. Self-deception is one of the easiest traps of the enemy that we can fall into. If my will wants a thing my mind will give me a variety of reasons I should have it and my emotions will certainly produce ample feelings that agree with my wills wants. We need to have Gods wisdom in our hearts so that we will be able to see when we are being deceived. See Psalm 51:6
