“They were on their way to Jerusalem, with Jesus leading the way; and the disciples were astonished, while those who followed were afraid. Again he took the Twelve aside and told them what was going to happen to him.” Mark 10:32
Today we have churches filled with millions of people who do not know what they are doing here; confused people, self-willed people, people full of their own plans, ambitions and dreams. Countless people are focused only on themselves. Most are not aware that there is another road and some who do know refuse to walk on it. When you start walking the road of your calling, there are many misunderstandings, a lot of eyebrows are raised and many who turned back and do not continue on this road. Many people will say that you are foolish for throwing away “fantastic” opportunities, and more still will pity you for the “enormous price” you are paying for following the Lord Jesus Christ. But when Jesus was leading His men to Jerusalem, he was purposeful, He was driven by the force, the passion and the power of His calling. Your calling will take you places that makes your human nature want to stop and turn away. That is this reason God has put a choice before you…live your calling, irrespective of where it takes you. It’s your choice… Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, i greatly desire to follow in the footsteps of Your Son Jesus. Help me overcome my fears of the unknown I face in my walk, in Jesus’ name…amen To choose life is to love the LORD your God, obey him, and stay close to him.Deuteronomy 30:20
He placed one scoop of clay upon another until a form lay lifeless on the ground… All were silent as the Creator reached in himself and removed something yet unseen. "It's called 'choice.' The seed of choice." Within the man, God had placed a divine seed. A seed of his self. The God of might had created earth's mightiest. The Creator had created, not a creature, but another creator. And the One who had chosen to love had created one who could love in return. Now it's our choice. In the Eye of the Storm (Max Lucado) “Even strong young lions sometimes go hungry, but those who trust in the LORD will lack no good thing.”(Psalm 34:10, NLT)
iaIt’s easy to think, “If I had more money, I could accomplish my dreams. If I had this or that, or knew the right people, then I could do something great.” But as long as you feel like you’re lacking or that you were shortchanged, then you’ll make excuses to be less than your best. Today, get a new perspective. God has given you exactly what you need for the season that you’re in. You have the talent, the friends, the connections, the resources, the experience you need for right now. It doesn’t mean that’s all you’re ever going to have. You may need more next month or next year. When that time comes, God will make sure that you have what you need. Because your trust is in the Lord, you don’t have to worry. You lack no good thing. Remember, you are equipped, empowered and anointed for this moment. You are not lacking. You have what it takes. Rejoice because increase is coming. Promotion is coming. New opportunities are coming. You are ready for whatever may come because you put your faith and trust in Him. A PRAYER FOR TODAYFather, thank You for Your provision in my life. Today I declare that I trust You! You give me everything that I need as I rest and hope in You in Jesus’ name. Amen! Acts 24:16
'So I strive always to keep my conscience clear before God and man.' - Living a life that pleases God brings great reward. - When our conscience is clear we can walk in freedom. - What your conscience says is more important than what your neighbours say. - So keep your heart pure and love God with all your heart. PRAYER: Lord, I want to make sure that nothing stands in the way of my relationship with You. May the way in which I live my life bring honour and praise to You. Amen. • Don’t let worry kill you, let the church help.

Massages can be given to church secretary. And you also were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation. Having believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit. (Ephesians 1:13)
The transaction of redemption is legitimized when Paul says in Ephesians 1:13 that believers are "sealed with the promised Holy Spirit" (RSV). In Paul's time, a seal was used to confirm that an object or a document was genuine and/or to mark a thing as one's property. The Holy Spirit is a deposit or payment of earnest money guaranteeing the inheritance promised by God. The Spirit is our down payment, the first installment made in advance, that secures the "legal" claim of our redemption. When all seems lost. . . when it seems that God is silent. . . when it looks like God has disappeared. . . remember, God has not forsaken you. Jesus Christ died for you. The Holy Spirit secures God's payment in your relationship with Him. Read the Truth - cling to the Truth - and trust God! Proverbs 10:25
'When the storms of life come, the wicked are whirled away, but the godly have a lasting foundation.' - We do face storms during the course of life. - But we have a firm and lasting foundation to hold on to. - God's desire for us is that we would come out of the storm standing. - You have a foundation on which to stand during the storms of life. PRAYER: Lord, today, in the midst of all that I am facing, I recognise that You are the firm and solid rock on which I stand secure. Amen. “I firmly believe in small gestures: pay for their coffee, hold the door for strangers, over tip, smile or try to be kind even when you don’t feel like it, pay compliments, chase the kid’s runaway ball down the sidewalk and throw it back to him, try to be larger than you are— particularly when it’s difficult. People do notice, people appreciate. I appreciate it when it’s done to (for) me. Small gestures can be an effort, or actually go against our grain (“I’m not a big one for paying compliments…”), but the irony is that almost every time you make them, you feel better about yourself. For a moment life suddenly feels lighter, a bit more Gene Kelly dancing in the rain.”
